1. Acceptance of Terms

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Arcadenookgrov platform, including but not limited to games, graphics, animations, text, logos, sound effects, music, video, user interface designs, and all other creative assets (collectively "Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of Arcadenookgrov Interactive Oy or its licensed partners.

All Content is protected by Finnish and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and design rights. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content without explicit written permission from Arcadenookgrov Interactive Oy.

8. Virtual Currency & Items

The Arcadenookgrov platform may include virtual currencies, petal tokens, bloom credits, reward badges, tier statuses, and other virtual items (collectively "Virtual Items"). You acknowledge and agree that:

• Virtual Items are provided for entertainment purposes only and have no real-world monetary value.
• Virtual Items cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
• Virtual Items cannot be transferred, sold, or traded between users or to third parties.
• Arcadenookgrov reserves the right to modify, adjust, or remove Virtual Items at any time.
• No Virtual Items represent any financial investment or asset of any kind.

9. Service Availability

Arcadenookgrov strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arcadenookgrov Interactive Oy, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or any other damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed €100 (one hundred euros) under any circumstances.

11. Modifications to Terms

Arcadenookgrov reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
